Shipping Terms
We have chosen to ship products directly from the supplier. Each order is normally processed within 1-4 business days, and the average delivery time is 6-10 business days. However, due to high demand and staff shortages, processing and delivery times may currently be longer than usual.
This unique business model allows us to achieve significant savings on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price than our competitors and to cover the shipping costs ourselves.

How to Place an Order
Find the desired products and add them to your cart. If you have items in your cart, you can complete your order at any time.
Review Your Order
Check that you have the correct products in your cart. Click on "Order". Ensure that the correct products, prices, and quantities are displayed in the order summary. On this page, you can also leave a message. If you can't find a product or have another question, please visit our contact page.
Track Your Order
You can track your order through our Track and Trace system, which you will receive via email after placing your order. The shipment tracking can be followed online 2-3 days after your order, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your products at home.
Responsibility for Uncollected/Refused Packages
If a customer fails to pick up their package within the specified time at the designated pickup location or delivery address, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer. If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders up to $50, a flat fee of $15 will be deducted.

For orders over $50, one-third (1/3) of the order value will be deducted.
This fee covers return shipping and handling costs.
Package Delivery & Liability Policy
Once a package has been delivered by the courier and marked as delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been stolen or is missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. You may also wish to contact your local authorities if theft is suspected.
To help prevent delivery issues, we encourage customers to ensure that delivery locations are secure and to consider requesting signature confirmation or secure delivery options when available.
Cancellation Policy for Orders
Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

Note: Orders may be processed within the 24-hour window. If that happens, cancellation will no longer be possible.
If a customer wishes to cancel part or all of their order, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

Priority Shipping
Priority shipping means that your order is placed at the front of the line in the shipping process. Those with priority shipping are handled first before standard shipments. This shortens the total processing and delivery time compared to regular shipping.
